I provide individual counseling & therapy, marriage & couples counseling. I strive to create a relaxed and interactive environment in which my clients can explore difficult issues without judgment and maybe even a little laughter.
In my practice I find everyone works differently therefore I use a wide variety of techniques to accommodate each person individually. I use cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, EFT, and EMDR with a focus on the connection between mind and body. EMDR is used to heal many different issues and can reduce the time in therapy.
