I have 20 years experience treating children, teens and adults with anxiety, depression, career, personal, social, family or relationship issues. My goal is to assist you in creating a path to a happier and healthier you. Services include Individual therapy for wide range of disorders and life stressors. My treatment approach includes but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive, Solution Focused, and Creative Play therapies. Early treatment produces the best results.
