My approach is to listen, ask questions, and then work with you to come up with a plan for what you want to get out of our sessions together, and how I’m going to help you accomplish your goals. I believe in being caring and supportive when you’re hurting, challenging when you’re “coasting”, and “working myself out of a job” (i.e., when you’re satisfied with the progress you’ve made).
I’ve been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 2 decades, and love being a part of my clients’ journeys towards living more fulfilling lives, having better relationships, and/or being able to heal from trauma they’ve experienced. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and have the experience to know when to use which.
