As a therapist, you’ll find me to be a knowledgeable, research-informed, and naturally hopeful person who will help you feel the hard stuff and also laugh with you, too. I create a warm, safe space for you to feel and understand your experiences and have them fully seen and known by another. I'll also help you find concrete strategies to reach your goals.
