I work with adults who are experiencing forms of grief, anxiety, and disconnection. I'm an existential therapist that often draws from positive psychology and Internal Family Systems parts work, but my approach may differ each session depending on what is needed in that moment.

I am person-centered at my core, immersing myself in your world each and every session so I can learn how you see and feel it.
