Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist who works with adults, teens, and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, career/life transitions, OCD, and trauma. In session, I incorporate trauma-informed skill development, creativity, and somatic practices to support you process and move through life's struggles with compassion and confidence.
