Hi! I’m Jackie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Madison, WI. If you or your child, age 7–18, or young adult is struggling with big emotions, stress, or life transitions, I get it. School, relationships, and everyday expectations can be hard and you don’t have to navigate it alone. The work we do in this space focuses on helping your child build a stronger understanding of emotions, develop healthy coping skills, increase confidence, and strengthen communication while navigating important transitions and daily challenges. It's also a collaborative space, where the support from caregivers and teachers is integrated.
This systemic approach creates consistency, encouragement, and lasting growth outside of sessions. In our work together, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused techniques are used to build a strong foundation of skills.
