As a therapist, my aim is to provide you with a safe and supportive space. Using empathy and compassion, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relational therapy and systems therapy in my approach. I help people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how to effectively cope with challenges they may be facing. My practice is focused on working with mothers during the perinatal and postpartum phase through older childhood rearing years.
I received my graduate training from Columbia University and postgraduate training from the Ackerman Institute. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy for couples/families, and perinatal mental health. I’ve been working with children, adults, and families in the mental health field for over 18 years.
