As a therapist, my aim is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where you feel validated and open to sharing your thoughts and feelings. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family history, and insight, I help people uncover what may be keeping them stuck and offer helpful coping strategies they can use to feel better, strengthen relationships, and be more equipped to cope with life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum support, relationships, motherhood, family conflict, and life cycle changes.

I received my graduate training from Columbia University and postgraduate training from the Ackerman Institute. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy for couples/families, and perinatal mental health. I’ve been working with children, adults, and families in the mental health field for over 16 years.
