About
***Not accepting new patients*** Whether you’re struggling with current life stressors or experiences from the past, you don’t have work through emotional struggles alone. As a warm therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where we can work collaboratively towards your goals. Using evidence based strategies and insight, I help individuals uncover what is keeping them stuck while giving them the tools they need to begin enjoying life again. I specialize in helping women and adolescent girls with anxiety, depression, relationships issues, low self esteem, and life cycle changes.
I received my graduate training from Columbia University and postgraduate training from the Ackerman Institute. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy, Disruptive Behavior Therapy, and PCIT. I've been working with children, adolescents, adults and families in the mental health field for over 10 years.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and stressful. If you’re struggling to find joy in life, please reach out so that we can work together to help you feel better.
