I offer individual and family therapy for children, young adults, and those in early adulthood. My focus is on addressing negative core beliefs, often rooted in childhood, that can impact emotional and physical well-being. I believe that when one family member faces a challenge or trauma, it affects the entire family. By strengthening relationships and addressing these deep-seated beliefs, I help individuals and families heal, grow, and restore balance. Whether you’re facing stress, emotional hardships, or social and academic challenges, I’m here to support you on your restorative journey.
I offer an integrated approach, combining attachment-based modalities with a specialization in adverse childhood experiences. See below ‘Types of Therapy’ for specific training. I strongly believe in the importance of building rapport, as it sets the foundation for healthy development and strong relationships.
