Re-Shaping Body Image Eating Disorder Group
Eating Disorder Process Group to support the recovery journey. Through Expressive Arts, we explore the many facets of recovery &healing through art mediums such as paints, sands, clays, music, rocks, poetry &more. Mindfulness, Coping Skills&Somatic Experiencing will be integrated into the Art Therapy process. Some areas of focus will include Self-Compassion, Wellness, Fears of Recovery, Values, Relationships, Dreams &Aspirations, &more. Adult Adoptee Support Group
This group is for adult adoptees to meet and connect with others on a similar journey. Sometimes this journey involves trauma, lost family members, an array of emotions, isolation, struggles associated with life changes (such as birth, aging, the death of a loved one, etc...), and more. Finding connectedness, true understanding, and being present with others that "get it" is healing. Together we explore areas such as self-concept, impact on worldview, and relationships.
