Jackie has experience working with a wide range of issues including ADHD, OCD, sadness, low self esteem, traumatic abuse, relationship issues, grief/loss and womens issues. Jackie is Nationally Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and uses an empathetic, cognitive behavioral approach.
Jackie has an empathic eclectic approach with a primary focus in CBT. A nationally certified trauma focused counselor, she helps clients gain control of their lives by teaching effective coping skills, identifying triggers, challenging negative thought patterns, using cognitive restructuring and postive reframing.
