NEXT GROUP JUNE 2022 - Based on the work of Pia Mellody and her Developmental Immaturity Model, we will help you to understand and heal symptoms of codependency. This 9-week group is educational and experiential. We will teach clients how to better understand the impact of developmental/relational trauma on their current life and adult relationships as well as provide a safe container to explore and release stuck or blocked emotions held within the body. Group connectedness is a powerful opportunity to shift early dysfunctional intrapersonal and interpersonal relating.

Couples Family of Origin Workshop - April 2022
Our early attachment styles are often reenacted in our adult relationships, particularly with our life partners. Are you looking to change relational patterns within your relationship? Would you like more awareness around how your family of origin relational patterns show up in your relationship now? We use Pia Mellody's work as a framework and somatic/body-based practices to integrate the content you will learn. Our goal is for you to have a better understanding of the impact of your upbringing and how you relate with your partner now. Limited to 4 couples. Starts April 2022
