About
Sometimes the challenges we face are so difficult that we have a hard time feeling hope. It is my honor to walk with you through this time, helping to find a glimmer of hope and build on that together. My goal is to create an environment where you will feel safe, accepted, and encouraged. I work with people of all ages, though I specialize in working with children and teens. I use a client centered, strengths-based approach, and building a strong relationship is a priority for me.
I am especially strong in making connections with kids through all kinds of play so they can process feelings and experiences when words are difficult to find. I strive to help teens feel heard and understood so they know they are valued and feel empowered to grow and heal. I also work with families on strengthening relationships and communication.
I'd love to talk with you about your journey. Please call or email with your questions and to set up an appointment.
