It is truly an honor to share space with clients and walk alongside them in their healing. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. Rooted in Narrative Therapy, I work to help clients feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment while creating space to explore the stories that have shaped their identity, relationships, sexuality, grief, shame, and sense of self.

I am a Certified Sex Therapist with a clinical focus on problematic sexual behaviors, intimacy concerns, sexual identity, and sexual shame. I also support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My work is informed by training in sex therapy, EMDR, expressive arts, and creative writing.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most meaningful parts of the healing process. A strong, trusting connection can create the safety needed for honesty, vulnerability, and growth.
