Welcome to my private practice in Amherst, where I am currently accepting new clients, ages 18 and up, for individual counseling. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to support you through life’s challenges. Using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, I aim to empower you as we work through anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.
I work with adults providing individualized treatment, utilizing evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques. Together we will explore your past experiences, present struggles, and future goals.
