What sets me apart from others is my background as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, Sandtray Trained Therapist and as an EMDR trained counselor for Trauma/PTSD. I use many modalities and creativity in session.
My pracitce also offers Individual sessions for young children with social skills emphasis along with play therapy. We also offer a Teen Summer Social Skills group on Wednesdays starting summer 2024

This group will start June 2024. It is for teens ages 14-18. We will focus on building communication and social skills, addressing social anxiety and working towards raising self-esteem and self-worth.

Teen Girls Self-Esteem& Healthy Relationship Group
This group is designed for teen girls ages 15-18 focusing on activities to help foster positive self-esteem and learning how to make healthy friendships. The group will meet for 8 weeks from 9/23 - 11/11 on Monday nights.
