I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that enjoys working with children, adolescents, and individual adults. For the past ten years, I have provided counseling services helping clients find strength and hope in a different situation. My background is working with life stressor, adjustment, anxiety, depression, ADHD (children and teens), and trauma.
I started Sunrise Counseling Services because to me the sun rising means it is a new day, new beginning and a reminder that every day is a fresh start. Counseling is a way to feel less stressed, less worried and allow the opportunity to enjoy each day.
