I work well with adults over 18 who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I also work with people who are struggling with navigating relationships, whether that be relationships at work, interpersonally, or romantically. I utilize a combination of directness, compassion, and psychoeducation to help you achieve your goals.
