With over 20 years supporting adults and teens, I specialize in working with motivated clients ready to try new things between sessions. I have specialized training in anxiety, trauma, major life changes, relationship struggles, and chronic health conditions.
I work from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens—also known as parts work. There are no bad parts. Every part exists for a reason. Together, we can explore what is needed to move forward in a way that aligns with your values.
I am genuine, non-judgmental, and compassionate. I use evidence-based approaches like IFS, EMDR, and person-centered therapy. I have completed formal training with the IFS Institute Level 2 and EMDRIA. I offer a free 15 minute video consultation. Both in person and telehealth sessions available!
