Welcome! I have 20 years experience supporting adults and teens through mental and physical challenges in the healthcare and psychotherapy field. I am a trained Level 2 IFS therapist—also known as parts work. Every part or emotion exists for a reason. Together, we will explore what is needed to align with your values and true self.
I am genuine, non-judgmental, compassionate, and a real human wanting to work with other humans. I use evidence-based approaches like IFS, EMDR, and person-centered therapy. I have completed formal training with the IFS Institute Level 2 and EMDRIA. I offer a free 15 minute video consultation. Both in person and telehealth sessions available.
