As both a therapist and dietitian, I offer holistic, mind-body care for relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, eating disorders. My goal is to create a safe space where you can slow down, be present, and thoughtfully explore yourself and your needs.

I use a blend of evidenced based, person-centered treatments to individually serve each client, pulling from somatic and behavioral therapies, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (parts work). My nutrition philosophy is HAES and intuitive eating focused, with the intention to deepen your intuitive connection to your body.
