About
Many of us face times in life when we don't understand what is happening in our lives and why we feel and think the things we do. This is an absolutely normal experience. I am trained to help discover, learn, and guide folks through a path of self discovery and transformation. I take on issues of past traumas; current conflicts at home and work; those living with the experiences of addiction and/or mental health disorders. My philosophy is help teach folks to find more connection and less division within themselves and learn to be present to what they really, really want out of life. Licensed to serve clients in NC, SC, & NY.
One specialty I have is working with those experiencing life as a trans; queer; gender non conforming; and/or one who is not sure where they currently are now. I am trained in the WPATH standards and will help trans identified clients access mental healthcare in a low threshold approach. This means we get your letters completed in less than 5 sessions.
If you searched online for a therapist today that means somewhere inside you are asking yourself why life is the way it is right now. Reach out. Let's explore this together and give you some "tools for the life toolbox" you may not have. It takes so much courage to come this far and I am thankful you stopped by today. I look forward to working with you.
