Who we have had to be in the past had no bearing on who we become in the future. We all deserve the space to grow and become. I am a guide through the transformation process of change. Through holistic therapies like Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) the goal of treatment is to bring our nervous system into a place of balance and give the client the space to grow and create the a life that if intentional and forward looking.
I create space for you to change the story of who you have had to be in order to survive so that you can focus on rewriting the script of who you become in order for you to thrive. I treat mental health challenges; addictive disorders (both process and relational addictions as well as substance use disorders); and trauma related disorders and co-occurring.
I've worked across the life span in his career serving clients who are experiencing co-occurring or intersecting disorders like mental health challenges, addictive disorders (both process and substance) and experiences of covert and overt trauma. Jack received training at the Meadows in Post Induction Therapy and through PESI became certified in trauma care
