I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I currently offer individual and couples psychotherapy. In 2006 My work in human services began as an Outreach Worker in Lawrence, Massachusetts, where I developed a deep appreciation for meeting individuals where they are and addressing complex social and mental health needs in real-world settings. That early experience shaped what has become my life’s work. Today, as an outpatient clinician, I continue to support individuals with a focus on first responders, healthcare workers with their struggles.
