I specialize in couples therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We slow down recurring arguments to understand the hurt, fear, and longing beneath them, helping you reach each other in new ways. I also help adults work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and concerns about alcohol or other substances.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or have the right words to begin. My own path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line, and I bring that perspective to my work.
