I am a licensed psychologist and have been in private practice over 30 years, currently in Grapevine, Texas. My approach in therapy is to first understand each individual's unique concern. I then try to help the individual identify what options they have in changing the behavior to have more successful outcomes. I have been described by my clients as easy to talk to, with a good sense of humor.
I work with adults 21 through seniors. My specialties include: relationship/marital counseling; executive coaching; psychological evaluations, including those for bariatric procedures and pain treatments; addictions counseling, including alcohol, drug, and sexual addictions; sports psychology; and sexual dysfunctions.
For seven years I taught in the graduate psychology program at the University of North Texas. I have worked with clients on a very short term basis, meaning one or two sessions, or over longer periods of time, dependent on each individual's goals
