Hello! For those looking for a therapeutic space to reflect on their experiences, process feelings and trauma, or challenge who they are with the intention to grow, you have found the right therapist! I'm Jack, a dual-licensed therapist (provisional) currently providing self-pay telehealth therapy services to South Carolina residents! Clients I work with develop insight into their experiences, process emotions, and explore ways they can influence their circumstances.
(For those who are curious about my identity, I am a late 20s male-identifying therapist with ADHD, OCD, and anxiety. Laid back, comical, and very compassionate!)
I work with adults with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, body image, OCD, ADHD, and who are having problems with relationships. Therapy can be a broad experience and may not solely focus on these issues. In my practice, I emphasize the therapeutic relationship and creating a supportive space first.
