I want to help you explore what's true for you and let go of the rest. I have 15 years of experience in mental health treatment settings and I specialize in eating disorder recovery, trauma & PTSD. With improved attunement to the body, self-preservation is less instinctual and self-awareness can emerge that promotes compassion rather than self-criticism.
I am gender affirming and am committed to supporting you and/or your loved one as you explore & affirm your gender identity. I am trauma-informed and experiential in the work I do with clients, incorporating psychodrama, & sensorimotor somatic techniques. I provide surgery consultations and approval letters as needed or requested.
