About
If you are feeling lost and your compass isn't working, Pathfinder Counseling can help you navigate the troubles waters of depression, anxiety, marital issues, parenting concerns as well as apprehensions over aging. Life can be challenging with ups and downs that are often unsettling and confusing. At Pathfinder Counseling, we believe that the answers and directions are inside of each of us. Using therapies that are outcome based, we can find your path together. My experience in education and my faith, as a Christian guide my life and my practice.
Anxiety and depression are often linked together, stifling a person in search for clarity and direction. While we work with individuals and couples of all ages and situations, a large segment of my practice is with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with identity issues, academic concerns, and ADHD.
Pathfinder Counseling grew out of my love for exploring new territories. Learning to navigate in new situations is a skill that I have developed over the years. As an educator, I used those skill to help students find their way. Since 2004, I have been helping clients find their path.
