We all have thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that can get "out of whack," and it can be life giving to get these areas back in balance.
I have specialized training in trauma (EMDR) and marriage counseling (Gottman Method). As an ordained minister (Presbyterian Church in America), I enjoy helping people examine their lives through a spiritual lens. About half of my clients are teenagers and college students, and I really enjoy working with the unique challenges facing men.
My roles over the last 15 yrs have included ordained minister, military chaplain, and licensed counselor. I am also the veteran coach for the TV show "Military Makeover with Montel," where I help our veteran families navigate the home makeover process.
