I also provide support and guidance through life transitions through customized ritual creation and enactment.
My approach to therapy is grounded in depth-oriented, imaginal and humanistic perspectives. When appropriate, I combine traditional therapeutic approaches with experiential activities, including movement infused practices and nature-based healing walks, to expand self awareness, create new paths of understanding, and reach those resistant to therapy.
