About
Sometimes life can get us down and we need help walking through difficult times. Depression, anxiety, grief and loss, personal and family transitions, family relationships may overwhelm and cause distress. Are you LGBTQIA/TGNC or a family member seeking support and understanding? Do you seek to celebrate the joy of being authentic with your family? Need help starting the conversation, repairing hurts, or re-writing old "scripts?" We offer both individual and co-therapy for couples, families and individuals dealing with these and other issues.
We're a husband & wife team with combined 50 years experience in licensed practice through secular and religious lenses using a family systems approach to heal life's transitions and hurts. We bring a powerful resource for individuals and families who want help navigating cultural, religious, & family identities.
As parents, grandparents & friends of teens & adults identifying as LGBTQIA, we understand the spectrum of emotions and concerns felt by families who want to build/repair receptive communication. Some family members may be feeling negative emotions, and struggling with guilt, fear, or anger. We can help your family become one of love and affirmation.
