They are successful but experience burnout, dissatisfaction, and unfulfilled potential due to patterns that don’t align with their values. These women often feel like they’re wearing a mask in different situations—at work and in relationships. They seek clarity, support, and guidance to reconnect with their authentic selves, break free from old patterns, and create a life aligned with their true desires and values. I also work with youth struggling with ADHD or anxiety, helping them build coping skills, confidence, and healthy relationships.

My approach is grounded in building strong, trusting relationships. With years of experience, I've developed a deep understanding of how to build rapport and help people feel seen and heard. I believe in a strengths-based approach that empowers my clients to tap into their inherent resilience and potential. We work together to help you feel better quickly
