My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who are ready to feel genuinely heard and understood and work toward meaningful change. They often come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, or concerns about their self-worth. What I value about my work is creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel truly supported. I believe healing begins with feeling heard and understood, and that becomes the foundation for all the work we do together.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield, United and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
I work from Monday through Sunday and offer daytime and evening appointments. We have more than 30 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
