THE CHOICE...
One of my clients said that she wished that choosing a therapist was like finding a new puppy. I am a competent, capable and creative therapist with over 30 years experience. I see myself as a catalyst for change and believe in solution focused therapy with a combination of insight, active listening & compassion. I use an eclectic approach which means that I am trained in a variety of modalities (CBT, EFT, NLP, EMDR, Gestalt, solution focus and reality therapy. I rely on these and others to do "what works" best for each client.
