I received my Master's of Social Work degree at the University of Akron and am currently residing in Akron, Ohio. I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bereavement, and substance use disorders.

I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, where I help adults with severe trauma histories. I have worked in residential treatment for substance abuse, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient therapy, couples' counseling, school based therapy, and teletherapy.

I have utilized a variety of treatment modalities, such as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Mindfulness, grief counseling, Solution Based Therapy, group therapy, and play therapy.
