I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, coping skills, and relationship difficulties. I aim to create a safe and secure attachment with each client to facilitate healing. I work from an attachment and trauma focused lens while incorporating DBT as needed. I am trained in DBT and AEDP and offer both individual sessions and groups.
