I’m Ja'Lesa Pierce, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience providing mental health support, counseling, and therapy across various settings, including residential, classroom, community, and office environments. I earned my Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Norfolk State University in 2013, and after a few years in the field, I pursued a Post-Master's Certificate in Professional Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University to deepen my ability to support clients in meaningful ways.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, learning from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, family dynamics, and mental health challenges. I bring this understanding into my sessions, fostering an open, non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely welcomed and free to express themselves.
