I came to this profession late in life, but I am grateful for the opportunity to use my education and training, as well as my life experience to support others. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity exploration, and relational concerns. I'm particularly interested in supporting clients through significant transitions such as retirement, divorce, relocation, recovery, or shifts in purpose and direction. I will try to help you slow things down, make sense of emotional patterns, and develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
My work is trauma-informed and strengths-based, drawing from both clinical training and lived experience. I integrate grounding and emotional regulation tools with reflective conversation to support stability, clarity, and meaningful change.
Therapy is not about fixing people, but about accompanying them as they reconnect with their own agency, inner wisdom, and capacity for growth. I work to create a space that feels thoughtful, structured, compassionate, and genuinely collaborative.
