Clients may be dealing with Anxiety or Depression or Life Transitions (job related / relational / fertility / LGBTQ+ / men's & women's issues / aging). You may be working to find peace & purpose in your life. I hope to help you in evaluating and processing internal and external barriers that may prevent you from actualizing authentic-self potential. We will work together to provide applicable skills for meeting the goals we set forth.
Licensed in NY, NC, SC, TN - Clinical Supervisor: NY and SC - Specialties: psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, CPT for PTSD, MBSR, MI. My practice approach is the product of 20+ years of mindfulness meditation, intensive yoga study and work in multiple outpatient mental health clinics as a Columbia University psychodynamically-trained psychotherapist.
Following my experience as a Wall Street employee on 9/11, I first received training as a Crisis Intervention Counselor with Mt. Sinai SAVI program NYC, and later went on to obtain my MSSW in Advanced Clinical Social Work at Columbia University School of Social Work. My work with clients is my richest reward.
