I work experientially, approaching whatever is alive for you in the moment, utilizing psychodynamic, somatic/body-oriented, IFS "parts" work, process, and expressive arts therapies. You are not alone. This is a FREE, DROP-IN support group for survivors of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking. Come share experiences, learn coping skills, and build practices for self-empowerment, self-care and healing - all in a safe and inclusive space. The group is offered free of charge through Monarch Services, and meets virtually via Zoom.
