I will help you set realistic goals and overcome the struggles you may be experiencing.
I work with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based therapy. I have experience working with diverse backgrounds and I am trained as a gender-affirmed therapist working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
My mission in life is to be able to tackle underlying issues that a person may be going through and may need guidance. I work diligently to challenge clients to find the best version of themselves.
