Therapy presents a unique opportunity for people to find solutions/resolutions for challenges life throws at them. Walking with individuals to establish a working relationship while providing a safe environment is one of my main objectives. I am passionate about working with people. Developing strengths, visiting past victories, and exploring methods of coping are ways just a few ways to find peace, healing and hope during traumatic or painful circumstances.
Therapy consists of collaborating on attainable goals and creating treatment plans together. Recognition that change does not happen overnight, and focusing on the small victories or steps generates motivation towards the goals set. Much like learning something new, it takes time, dedication and guidance.
My experience has revealed that life is more fulfilling when accompanied with other people. If you are feeling alone in the struggle, allow me to accompany you during a portion of your journey. I look forward to walking with you.
