As a counselor-in-training, I work with clients of all ages who may be navigating identity, major stressors, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, or any number of difficulties life may bring. I strive to create an affirming space where every person—regardless of background, identity, or life experience—feels heard, respected, and supported. Using a holistic approach, I see clients as whole people, not just their struggles.
Through the use of various modalities, my goal is to help people find healthy coping strategies, reconnect with joy, quiet their minds, and feel more grounded in their lives. I'm passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ youth, military families, parents, and those managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression in collaborative in-person or telehealth sessions.
