January 2017: I am not currently taking new patients at this time. I am a warm and charismatic provider and am excited to become a resource and support for you. If you have become overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, are worried that you have developed an addiction, or are managing other transitions, you may be at the precipice of profound growth. Together we can create a safe space to navigate your change efforts in a gentle and affirming way. I employ the relational-cultural model.

I have over 13 years experience providing individual and group treatment services in programming aimed at assisting people towards making change for themselves while undermining systems of oppression. I work comfortably and confidently within the intersections of mental health, addiction, and trauma.

In 2015 I completed the 3 year training and certification process to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in the treatment of complex, developmental, and shock traumas. I am a member of WPATH and provide LGBTQI affirming therapy and evaluations for transgender individuals seeking a range of medical interventions.
