I specialize in supporting women experiencing anxiety, depression, & burnout, especially during major life transitions such as motherhood, workplace stress, or divorce and separation. My work focuses on healing from childhood trauma, navigating shifting beliefs around faith or politics, & work through relationship strain with greater clarity and self-trust.

One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and be yourself. I offer a warm, welcoming environment where you don’t have to perform, explain, or have it all figured out.
