Human interaction is difficult, both interpersonal and intrapersonal; I assist with relationships with others, and most importantly yourself. I specialize in Trauma. Change is a difficult process, but may be attainable. Lasting change requires: desire, awareness, education, and committed, consistent, constant effort towards the goal. I assist individuals and couples in identifying their position in life, and support the formulation and implementation of a plan of action. I encourage with motivation. I see a myriad of clients: the walking wounded, substance use, and mental health (depression, anxiety, bi-polar, schizophrenia). Clients schedule w me for adjustment to life issues, and I specialize in PTSD and trauma using a technique called EMDR. We all experience mental health issues at some point in our lives, no shame or stigmas permitted.
