Have you ever found yourself feeling isolated, afraid to share your thoughts and experiences with others? In my years of practice I have discovered that individuals can experience relief in finding someone with whom they trust to share their story, and can be empowered by doing so. It is my mission to offer each individual that I encounter a safe, comfortable and nonjudgmental environment to explore their experiences.
I aim to encourage others to reclaim control of their lives by realizing that it is okay to celebrate their positive experiences, and gain awareness they are not defined by those that are negative. It is my goal to empower individuals and couples by helping them gain skills to redefine and reconstruct negative experiences, or rewrite their stories.
In my years of practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have always and will continue to welcome individuals of all ages, genders, orientation and cultures in taking steps to acknowledge that they have a story to be told, find strength in sharing and exploring the right steps on their journey to empowerment.
