I work with adults and couples within a range of treatment modalities, depending on what the individual or couple needs. I have intensive training in EMDR and DBR to help support individuals who have experienced trauma, distressing events, and/or concerns with attachment. Specifically, I have had a lot of experience working with young adults.
I offer a safe space to explore how best to work through what you are experiencing, at whatever pace and with whatever style you need.
