My special areas of focus include LGBTQIA+, Parents/family members of LGBTQIA+ individuals, polyamorous/non-monogamous, kink-positive, CBT, OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I draw from the theoretical frameworks of narrative, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral, but open to working with individuals and meeting them where they are at.
