I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist with a focus on LGBTQIA+ affirming care, grief, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. My integrative approach draws from the Nurture Play Structure (NPS) Model, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy — tailored to your unique story, identity, and goals. I see clients in person in Chapel Hill and virtually across NC, Ohio, Idaho, and Vermont.
